Aditya Birla Nuvo has informed that the Company has allotted 1,545 equity shares of Rs 10 each at Rs 590.15 on August 29, 2016, pursuant to exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2013. All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects. The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs 1,302,241,460 (130,224,146 equity shares of Rs 10 each) to Rs 1,30,22,56,910 (130,225,691 equity shares of Rs 10 each).
