Also, Puja Jain has been ceased to be Company Secretary of the Company with effect from September 01, 2016. The Board has accepted her resignation and Arpita Singh has been appointed as a Company Secretary of the Company in the meeting of Board held today i.e. September 01, 2016 with immediate effect.
