Pursuant to Section 160 & 161 of Companies Act, 2013 and any other applicable provisions of the Act, Sucharita Hegde and Masahiro Sumitomo are regularized as Director after receiving approval from the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting through e-voting and poll conducted at the Meeting. Further, Ravi Nigam is re-appointed as Managing Director of the Company with effect from July 20, 2016 for a period of 5 years.
