Further, in accordance with SEBI (prohibition of insider trading regulations) 2015, the trading window dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for directors, officers, designated persons of the Company in accordance of the Company’s code of conduct under the above mentioned regulations from September 21, 2016 to October 01, 2016.
