Ravalgaon Sugar Farm has informed that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company was called on September 21, 2016 at 10:30 am at Krida Mandal Hall, Ravalgaon 423 108, Taluka Malegaon, District Nashik, Maharashtra. However due to absence of quorum the meeting in now adjourned to the same time and place in the next week i.e. September 28, 2016 at 10:30 am in terms of provisions of Articles of Association and the Companies Act, 2013. Further, if at the adjourned meeting also no quorum is present within half an hour from the time appointed for holding the meeting, the members present shall be the quorum.
