JM Financial has informed that pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, the Allotment Committee of the Board, at its meeting held on September 23, 2016, has allotted 625,241 equity shares of the face value of Re 1 each. Subsequent to the allotment of equity shares as above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs 791,734,598 representing 791,734,598 equity shares of the face value of Re 1 each.
