Sagar Cements has reported the cement production and sales figures for September 2016. The sales were up by 29% on a consolidated basis and lower by 15% on standalone basis. The Cement production for September 2016 stood at 94,110 million tonnes (MT) on standalone basis and at 146,051 MT on consolidated basis. The Cement sales for September 2016 stood at 97,829 MT and 148,313 MT on standalone and consolidates basis respectively in September.
The cement production for April-September 2016 stood at 754,560 MT on standalone basis and 1,085,917 MT on consolidated basis. The cement sales for April - September, 2016 stood at 762,785 MT on standalone basis and 1,087,106 MT on consolidated basis.
Sagar Cements is one of the most modern mini cement plants in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The plant is based on Dry Process Rotary Kiln Technology that is used in ‘Standard Quality' cement companies.
