Physical rubber prices showed some weakness on Wednesday on lack of genuine buyers in the market. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety remained unchanged at Rs 116/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety declined to Rs 110.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 111/ kg.
In the futures market, contract of October delivery declined to Rs 115.92 compared to its previous closing of Rs 116.88, while November delivery closed at Rs 115.51 compared to its previous close of Rs 116.65 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
