Further, in terms of the Company’s Insider Trading Code for regulating, monitoring & reporting of trading by Insiders (Code) framed under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in shares / securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/Designated Employees/Persons (as defined in the Code) from October 10, 2016 to November 05, 2016 in connection with the above corporate event.
