Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 6,24,226.81 crore on October 13 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 86,53,583.
Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 21,694.01 crore, Stock Futures Rs 42,899.58 crore and Index Options Rs 5,27,548.44 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 32,084.78 crore.
For the day, the total F&O Put Call ratio stood 0.82, while Index Options Put Call ratio was 0.84 and that of Stock Options was 0.58.
The top five scrips with highest PCR on OI were OFSS (2.00), APOLLOHOSP (1.80), MRF (1.33), MARUTI (1.10) and LT (1.05).
Among most active underlying Tata Steel witnessed an contraction of 1.95 million of Open Interest in the October month futures contract, followed Infosys witnessing an addition of 0.07 million of Open Interest in the October month contract, State Bank of India witnessed a addition of 0.70 million of Open Interest in the October month contract, Reliance Industries witnessed an addition of 0.47 million of Open Interest in the October month contract and TCS witnessed an addition of 0.44 million units of Open Interest in the October month's future contract.
