The same has been confirmed and took note by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on October 14, 2016. Further, the Company has appointed Sudhir Kulkarni, Chief Financial Officer of the Company as the Compliance Officer of the Company to act as the signatory till the appointment of another Company Secretary.
