Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from November 03, 2016 till November 17, 2016. Accordingly, all Directors, Designated employees, Insiders and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
