Jyothy Laboratories has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 25, 2016, to consider and approve Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. Further in terms of Regulation 50(2) and (3) of the Listing Regulations, the Board of Directors will also consider the proposal of raising funds though issue of new non-convertible debt securities at the same meeting.
