FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per October 17 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net sellers in equity and debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 3990.99 crore against gross sell of Rs 4936.40 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 945.41 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1793.35 crore with gross sales of Rs 2400.75 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 607.40 crore in debt.
