Apar Industries has informed that Dr. Narendra D. Desai, the Chairman and Non- Executive Director of the Company passed away on October 17, 2016. In view of that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on October 21, 2016 for considering / approving, the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2016 of the current financial year 2016-17 has been postponed. The details of re-scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors for the said purpose shall be intimated to the Exchanges in due course.
