Shilpa Medicare has acquired controlling stake in Nu Therapeutics. Nu is established by the Technocarts for manufacturing of “Oral Fast Dissolving Thin Strip Dosage” jointly with others. It has filed several patents, technical designs/plans, concepts and expects to commence production shortly. In India it is one of few units of its kind.
With Shilpa’s rich experience in API’s manufacturing, marketing specially in exporting to Hard Currency Countries, the acquisition would help to penetrate into Nish formulation markets.
