Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from November 01, 2016. The Trading Window shall reopen 48 hours after the said Unaudited Financial Results are made public.
