With reference to the earlier letter dated June 24, 2016 intimating about the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Reliance Telecom (RTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for demerger of Telecom Undertaking consisting of 5 License Service Area of RTL into the Company (Scheme) and Reliance Communications has now informed that Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay on October 27, 2016 sanctioned the Scheme.
