GKB Ophthalmics has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2016, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, that the Trading Window for dealing with equity shares of the Company, by designated persons, under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall remain closed from October 31, 2016 to November 10, 2016 and shall re-open on November 11, 2016.
