V-Mart Retail has opened two new fashion stores one each in state of Bihar and Jharkhand. Pursuant to this, the company has increased its tally to 136 stores in 116 cities across 14 states, with 32 Composite Stores & 104 Fashion Stores with a total area of approximately 11.48 lakh square feet.
The first store is located at Munger Road, Jamalpur in state of Bihar. This is the 29th store of the company in Bihar, while the second store is located at Hinoo Main Road, Birsa Chowk, Ranchi in state of Jharkhand. This is the 8th store of the company in Jharkhand.
V-Mart Retail is one of the pioneers in setting up stores across various small Indian towns and cities. The company primarily operates in Tier-II and Tier-III cities, with a chain of ‘value retail’ departmental stores offering apparels, general merchandise and kirana, catering to the entire family.
