Pharma major Strides Shasun has agreed to settle regulatory and general claims with the US-based Mylan on Agila transaction. Both the companies have now agreed on a full and final settlement of the warranty and indemnity claims. After payment to Mylan, the company will receive approximately $30 million from Regulatory escrow.
