IndoStar Capital Finance has informed that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on November 04, 2016, allotted 770 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each to the option holder(s) upon exercise of stock options granted pursuant to the IndoStar ESOP Plan 2012. With the allotment of the above shares, the equity base of the Company stands increased from present level of 7,33,57,729 (Nos.) to 7,33,58,499 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs 10 each.
