Future Retail has signed a deal to consolidate the retail and allied businesses of Heritage Foods. The Heritage store chain of 124 stores in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai, serving over 24 million customers annually, becomes part of the Future chain. These small format stores ranging between 2,000 to 8,000 square feet, will complement Future Retail’s existing network of 379 small format EasyDay stores in northern cities of India.
