Emkay Global Financial Services has informed that Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Board in it meeting held on November 09, 2016, have allotted 400 equity shares of Rs 10 each under ESOP-2007 to the eligible employee of the Company. Consequently, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Equity Shares Capital of the Company has increased from 24,437,750 equity shares to 24,438,150 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
