LafargeHolcim’s subsidiary Holderind Investments has purchased through stock exchange 78,70,000 equity shares of ACC constituting 4.19% of the equity share capital. Holderind Investments shareholding in the company thus stands increased from 0.29% to 4.48%. Holderind Investments is one of the promoters of the company and the total promoter shareholding in the company stands increased from 50.34% to 54.53%.
ACC is India’s foremost manufacturer of cement and ready mixed concrete with a countrywide network of factories and sales offices.
