Reliance Communications (RCom) through its wholly owned subsidiary - Reliance Globalcom Services Inc, has acquired a newly incorporated company named ‘Onyx NewCo LLC’ (ONL), a Delaware Registered Company, on November 15, 2016. ONL will be a Telecommunications company, which is yet to commence its business operations.

Reliance Communications is India’s foremost and truly-integrated telecommunications service provider. The company has a customer base of over 111 million, including over 2.6 million individual overseas retail customers.
