Reliance Communications (RCom) has incorporated a new subsidiary named ‘Towercom Infrastructure’ (TIPL) on November 17, 2016. TIPL will be an infrastructure company, which is yet to commence its business operations.
Besides, the company through its wholly owned subsidiary - Reliance Globalcom Services Inc, has acquired a newly incorporated company named ‘Onyx NewCo LLC’ (ONL), a Delaware Registered Company, on November 15, 2016. ONL will be a Telecommunications company, which is yet to commence its business operations.
Reliance Communications is India’s foremost and truly-integrated telecommunications service provider. The company has a customer base of over 111 million, including over 2.6 million individual overseas retail customers.
