Adhunik Metaliks has entered into a share purchase agreement (SPA) with Nagpur Automotive Industries for sale of the company’s entire holding in one of its subsidiaries, namely Neepaz V Forge (India).
The transfer of shares by the company to Nagpur Automotive Industries and consideration in lieu thereof will be completed as per agreed terms and once the transaction is completed, Neepaz V Forge (India) shall ceased to be a subsidiary of Adhunik Metaliks.
Adhunik Metaliks is the flagship company of the Kolkata-based Adhunik Group of Industries and is engaged in manufacturing of wide range of special steels used for different applications in the fields of automobile, construction and engineering.
