Graphite India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 01, 2016 to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2016. In terms of Regulation V (iii) of the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading’, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s shares will close from November 24, 2016 and shall re-open on December 05, 2016.
