For the full year ended March 31, 2012, on the standalone basis, the company has posted a decline of 31.74% in its net profit at Rs 576.54 crore for the year ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 844.60 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income has surged by 25.56% at Rs 19322.33 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 15389.00 crore for the period ended March 31, 2011.
On the consolidated basis, the company has posted a fall of 19.55% in its net profit at Rs 722.99 crore for the year ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 898.71 crore for the same period in the previous year. However, total income has increased by 26.04% at Rs 19541.16 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 15503.22 crore for the period ended March 31, 2011.
