Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has bagged an order for 232 No. of Inverter Duty Transformers and 19 No. of Power Transformers upto 110 kV Class amounting to Rs 96 crore from Adani Group for solar power project. The said order falls under the normal course of business. The company neither has any interest in the entity that awarded the Order nor fall within related party transactions. With this order, the company’s order book as on date stands around Rs 980 crore.
Transformers and Rectifiers (India) is one of India’s leading transformer manufacturers. The company is the main supplier of transformers to the Sardar Sarovar hydel project, state electricity boards and major international clients.
