Inter Globe Finance has decided to come out of the share business and accordingly decided to divest its long term and short term investment in shares in Inter Globe Overseas and Inter Globe Reality. The board of director at its meeting held on November 28, 2016 has approved for the same.
The company has decided to transfer its investment in the shares of the above companies to its subsidiary company ‘Inter Globe Tradex and Services’ with immediate effect.
Inter Globe Finance is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) which is engaged in financial activity and deals in small and medium term investments.
