Religare Enterprises has informed that the share allotment committee of board of directors of the company, in its meeting held on April 27, 2012, has allotted 51,920 equity shares of the company on exercise of stock options under the Religare Enterprises employees stock option scheme 2006 (ESOS).
The paid up equity share capital of the company post ESOP allotment is 14,93,64,553 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 1,49,36,45,530.
