Cyient rises as its arm concludes acquisition of Blom Aerofilms

Cyient is currently trading at Rs. 501.00, up by 4.15 points or 0.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 496.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 504.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 504.85 and Rs. 495.15 respectively. So far 1037 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 555.00 on 13-Oct-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 370.50 on 12-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 511.00 and Rs. 480.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5630.05 crore.

Cyient’s wholly owned subsidiary Cyient Europe, UK, has concluded acquisition of 100% equity in Blom Aerofilms, Cheddar, Somerset, England, a leading geospatial services provider, effective from November 30, 2016.

Earlier, in November, Cyient Europe, UK, had signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% equity in Blom Aerofilms, Cheddar, Somerset, England, a leading geospatial services provider.
