Surana Solar jumps on bagging order worth Rs 15.40 crore in Uttar Pradesh

Surana Solar is currently trading at Rs 25.75, up by 2.35 points or 10.04% from its previous closing of Rs. 23.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 23.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 25.85 and Rs. 23.25 respectively. So far 40136 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 39.75 on 07-Jan-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 19.00 on 24-Jun-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 25.85 and Rs. 20.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 117.11 crore.

Surana Solar has received an order from Aryavaan Renewable Energy one of the subsidiary of Surana Telecom and Power, for supply of solar modules for 5 MW Solar Power Plant situated at Hamirpur District, Uttar Pradesh of a total value of Rs 15.40 crore.

Surana Solar is engaged in the business of manufacturing of solar panels/photo-voltaic (PV) cells. The company is also engaged in the generation of wind power energy and trading of other solar related products.
