Info Edge (India) through its wholly-owned subsidiary, has invested an additional amount of Rs 1 crore through optionally convertible cumulative redeemable preference shares in Vcare Technologies which has developed a mobile application named DIRO that works as a cross platform sharable collaborative phonebook.
Accordingly, the aggregate investment by the company, including the above, is now Rs 4 crore in Vcare Technologies which translates to about 14.77% stake as on date in the company on a fully converted and diluted basis.
