Info Edge (India) has informed that the Company has, through its Wholly-owned subsidiary, invested an additional amount of Rs 10 million through optionally convertible cumulative redeemable preference shares in Vcare Technologies which has developed a mobile application named DIRO that works as a cross platform sharable collaborative phonebook. Accordingly, the aggregate investment by the Company, including the above, is now Rs 40 million in Vcare Technologies which translates to about 14.77% stake as on date (may change on account of conditions in investment/shareholder agreement) in the company on a fully converted and diluted basis.
