With reference to the earlier letter dated November 22, 2016, OCL Iron and Steel has informed that the Hon’ble High court of Orissa at Cuttack has directed the meeting of Equity Shareholders and Secured Creditors of OCL Iron and Steel to be held on January 14, 2017 for the purpose of considering the proposed Scheme of Arrangement between OCL Iron and Steel and OISL Auto. The date of the meeting as originally fixed by the said order stands modified accordingly.
