Shiva Medicare has informed that Karthik Allenkala has resigned from the post of Company Secretary of the Company. The Board of Directors noted the same in their held board meeting and the same was intimated to the exchange on December 06, 2016 Board Meeting outcome. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Karthik Allenkala also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. His Successor may be appointed with in due time and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange.
