Tech Mahindra informs about circular resolution of securities allotment committee

Tech Mahindra has informed about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on December 14, 2016 for issue and allotment of a total of 74,180 equity shares of Rs 5 each of the Company to the applicants, as 20,100 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006; 27,168 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010; 18,408 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B – 2013; 6,000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP-2014; and 2,504 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.
