Jubilant FoodWorks has informed that pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from December 26, 2016 till 48 hours after the declaration of Quarterly Financial Results (for the quarter ending December 31, 2016) by the Company to the Stock Exchanges. The designated persons of the Company shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period.
