Housing Development Finance Corporation has informed that the Board of Directors of HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company (HDFC life), a material non listed subsidiary of the Corporation, has, on December 15, 2016, declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.10 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2016-17. Accordingly, the Corporation would receive dividend amounting to Rs 135.27 crore from HDFC Life. The Corporation has submitted a copy of the intimation received by the Corporation from HDFC Life in this regard.
