Merck has informed that the Company has already issued notification to its employees on December 12, 2016 regarding closure of trading window for them for the purposes of consideration and approval of the audited financial results from December 16, 2016 until 48 hours from the publication of the audited financial results for the quarter/year to be ended on December 31, 2016. The Company would be subsequently informing the date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of the above mentioned audited financial results.
