According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 441.84 crore in index futures and options segments, as per Monday’s data, December 19, 2016.
FIIs were net buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 326.67 crore and net buyers of index options worth Rs 115.18 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 662.97 crore, while they sold stock options worth Rs 22.51 crore.
