GE T&D India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has accepted resignation of Ravi Kumar Krishnamurthy as Whole-time Director and as director of the Company effective from December 21, 2016, as he wishes to pursue his career outside the Company, Nagesh Tilwani has been appointed by the Board as additional Director and as Whole-time Director with effect from December 21, 2016 subject to approval of shareholders. The term of appointment of Nagesh Tilwani as Whole-time Director is two years. Nagesh Tilwani is not related with any director of the Company.
