Agricultural Products export stood at $8,227 million during 2011-2012

The value of export of Agricultural Products during 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12 (April to July) are $13,315.72 million, $11,333.44 million, $16,982.32 million and $8,227.92 million. These figures however reflect a mixed trend of export’s growth of agricultural and allied products, including food products.

Under Agri & Allied Products for the year 2011-12 (April-July) on provisional basis, Oil Meals have been exported around 21,48,570 MT while Sugar has been exported around 9,65,280 MT. Also, around 94,710 MT of Pulses have been exported.
