Mahagun India has informed that the issuer has fully repaid to redeem all the non convertible debentures (remaining 200 NCD) by pre-payment of all the dues including Principal, Interest and premium accrued or outstanding till December 20, 2016. Payment has been made on pro rata basis. Payment to the debenture holders for redemption was made on December 20, 2016 towards Redemption amount together with Interest & Premium for redemption of 200 Non Convertible Debentures issued by the Company.
