Hinduja Ventures has received an approval for disinvestment of 4,36,47,056 equity shares of Rs 10 each held by the company in Hinduja Energy (India), in tranches, as per Independent Valuation of Rs 31.58 per share to third party. The board of directors at its meeting held on December 22, 2016 has approved for the same.
Formerly known as Hinduja TMT, Hinduja Ventures is part of the Hinduja Group companies. It is an outsourcing company that provides IT services and BPO/contact center services to customers.
