Aditya Birla Nuvo has informed that the Company has allotted 16,997 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each on December 22, 2016, pursuant to exercise of RSUs under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013. All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects. The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs 1,302,256,910 (130,225,691 equity shares of Rs 10 each) to Rs. 1,302,426,880 (130,242,688 equity shares of Rs 10 each).
