RCF gains on issuing Commercial Paper worth Rs 150 crore

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers (RCF) is currently trading at Rs 45.00, up by 0.05 points or 0.11% from its previous closing of Rs 44.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 45.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs 45.30 and Rs. 44.60 respectively. So far 59808 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 53.75 on 07-Jul-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs 35.25 on 12-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 47.85 and Rs 44.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2493.63 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 80.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.54% and 12.46% respectively.

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers (RCF) has issued Commercial Paper for Rs 150 crore on December 23, 2016, in favour of HDFC Bank, having maturity date as March 23, 2017. The company has issued Commercial Papers in terms of the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

RCF, a Government of India Undertaking is a leading fertilizer and chemical manufacturing company with about 80% of its equity held by the Govt. of India. RCF manufactures Urea and Complex fertilizers (NPK) along with a wide range of Industrial Chemicals. Govt. of India has accorded 'Mini Ratna' Status to RCF.
